The Elder Tree is a sacred place. It is one of the oldest trees in their territory. It is a place where all special ceremonies, such as mate pair, death of a member, or naming of a new litter. It is a place where all wolves can connect with their ancestors and gather wisdom from them. As well, the dead are buried underneath and around the tree.
